Terms and Conditions of Sale

Licenses (Mr.CAD Software):

The software license will be granted to the person or company specified in the transaction.
Each computer requires separate activation. You must choose the appropriate licensing option based on your needs.
An activation key is provided for each license, and it is unique to each customer. The customer is responsible for keeping this key in a secure and private location.
Each installation requires an activation process to be able to use it beyond the trial period.
Additional Licenses : Requires the customer to be a registered user of at least one (1) license of the selected product.
Updating Old Licenses : In order to validate the license, we require the serial number of the program you're updating. If you have more than one registered license for that product, you must send us the corresponding serial number. The new serial number will not be sent until we receive this information from you.

By purchasing and/or downloading this product, I indicate that I agree to:

Includes:

(Software) As soon as we receive notification about the completed transaction, a link to a full version will be prepared and delivered to the provided email address, along with installation and activation instructions.
Each product may vary in the benefits included in its content. For details, please see the product description.

The transaction:

We may modify any part of this transaction process at any time without notice. The valid transaction for our products is the one in effect at the time of acceptance of your application.
If tax is due on the purchase of the product and we do not collect it, you are responsible for paying it .
Each transaction is processed within a 24 hour period, Tuesday through Friday.
(Software) Please make sure you have tested the software to determine which version best meets your needs. Need to evaluate Mr.CAD Professional ? Request a trial kit via our contact page. You can evaluate Mr.CAD 360 using the EVA version, which you can download (at any time) from our download page.
(Software) Make sure your system meets all the requirements for the license you are purchasing.

Purchase Orders (Software):

If you are a resident of Puerto Rico and are not exempt from sales tax (IVU), please add the appropriate tax to your order total. Failure to comply with this requirement will delay the order process, and you will not receive your order unless you can prove your exemption.
All orders will be delivered electronically . This is the only way we can deliver your order. We are unable to produce any tangible items for delivery. Therefore, you must have internet service and email to receive your order.
We accept certified check, USPS money order, and/or Money Grant service.
Once your order is complete and your payment is received, you will receive the appropriate serial numbers and instructions for downloading and activating the program(s) via email.

Returns:

At InGeomatics, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If within 14 days of purchasing Mr.CAD Professional (See note), you change your mind, or think that the product you bought does not meet your requirements, if you tried to get technical support and it did not work, whatever your motivation, we will refund what you paid. If you have any questions, you can contact us through the contact page.
Your request will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card, or original method of payment. This typically takes 7-10 business days from when the request is approved.

Note : Only applies to the first Mr.CAD Professional license. Additional licenses and upgrades are not covered by this warranty.

Updates (Mr.CAD Software):

All updates are governed by these same terms.
Downloading constitutes acceptance of these terms .
Mr.CAD Professional – The update and technical support service lasts for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After the term expires, you can continue using the program with the latest update you downloaded. If you wish to renew the service later, you can do so by purchasing the current update service again.
Mr.CAD 360 1Y – Updates and technical support are valid for the duration of the subscription. Upon expiration of the license term, updates, technical support, and all other support related to the subscription expire.
